Supplier (Seller) Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement is made between Kamu İş Ailem (the "Platform") and the real/legal person selling through the platform (the "Seller"), defining the terms of listing and selling on the marketplace.

2. Seller Obligations

• Warrants that products sold are original, legal and fit for sale.

• Keeps product information (name, image, description, price, stock) accurate and up to date.

• Complies with applicable legislation, tax and invoicing obligations.

• Prepares ordered products intact and within the promised time.

3. Product, Price and Stock

• Pricing is up to the seller; however the platform applies campaign and member-price rules.

• Out-of-stock products must be closed to sale; the seller is liable for cancellations due to stock errors.

• Listing misleading, counterfeit or prohibited products is strictly forbidden.

4. Orders, Shipping and Delivery

• The seller tracks their orders from the panel and ships within the stated time.

• The tracking number is entered into the system to inform the customer.

• Liability for late or damaged delivery rests with the seller.

5. Commission and Payment

• The platform applies a commission at the set rate on the sale amount.

• Seller earnings are paid in defined periods after the return window and reconciliation.

• Commission rates and payment schedule are announced via the seller panel.

6. Returns and Cancellations

For the customer's right of withdrawal and defective-product returns, the seller must accept the return in compliance with law and cover the required amount.

7. Prohibited Products and Behavior

• Fake, smuggled, counterfeit, expired or legally banned products may not be listed.

• Fake reviews, price manipulation and unfair competition are forbidden.

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The seller warrants not to infringe third parties' trademark and copyright in listed products. All liability arising from infringement rests with the seller.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

The seller uses customer data accessed for orders only for delivery, may not share it with third parties, and complies with data-protection law.

10. Termination

The platform may suspend or close a seller account in case of breach, repeated complaints or illegal activity. The seller may also terminate by notice.

11. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
